An open floor plan suite suitable for a single occupant.  There is sufficient room to stage an entire working office including a desk with return, a credenza, bookcase and visitor chairs in the window/wide area of the suite adjacent to the window.  The balance of the suite could accommodate a conference table, file cabinets and miscellaneous office equipment.  Alternatively, to create an office within the suite, a wall and door enclosing the window/wide area could be installed at the point where the walls are indicated to align.  
The kitchen includes an undercounter refrigerator and a shelf with an electric outlet for a tenant supplied microwave.  The countertop is a solid surface material with an undermount sink.  The full height storage cabinet has an electric outlet inside to provide power for a server and or internet and phone equipment.
